Work Locations Osaka Head Office (Namba)、Tokyo Branch (Shinjuku)、Sapporo Sales Office、Fukuoka Sales Office、
Okinawa Sales Office、 Nagoya Sales Office、
International airport counters、TIC counters.
Responsibilities

Inbound travel services

・Creation of various documents such as quotes and application forms.

・Procurement, negotiation, arrangement and management of inbound products.

・Tour operators.

・Sorting, data entry and management of travel products.

・Customer service, telephone service

・Information counter service

Employment status Regular employee
Salary

200,000 JPY per month

(Basic salary 133,000 JPY+performance-based pay 67,000JPY)

※An employee may receive overtime compensation with approval when overtime occurs.

Working Hours 9:30 – 18:30(60-minute break) ※Shift system by department
Holidays

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

※Annual paid leave after 6 months : 10 days

※Shift system by department

Allowance

・Commuting allowance:Up to 30,000 JPY per month

・Qualification allowance

・Family allowance

Bonuses, Promotion

・Bonuses are paid twice a year, in June and December. ※Quarterly bonus by department

・Promotion twice a year(There is a self-recommended system)

Welfare

・Employee travel once a year (Bali in 2018、Taiwan in 2019)

・Some employees are working shorter hours after childcare leave.

Qualifications 【For Japanese】
English skills(TOEIC 600 points or more)、or Chinese skills(HSK level 4 or higher)

【For international students】
Japanese skills(JLPT N2 or higher)
